SF Express or convenience store pickup options are not available. ・About Sizing All items in our shop are one-size-fits-all. Item dimensions are listed on the product page. As these are handmade items, there may be a slight error of about 1 cm. The stated length of the item includes the clasp (e.g., lobster clasp or toggle clasp), not just the ribbon or lace portion. The model in the product photos has a neck circumference (at the widest part) of approximately 30 cm. If your neck is smaller than 30 cm, the necklace may be loose. Please specify your desired length in the notes section. For example: "Request to shorten the item by 2 cm" or "Request item length of 28 cm." If you are concerned about sizing, we can extend the adjuster by an additional 5 cm. Please write "Request adjuster extension" in the notes section when ordering. ・Item Care As these are handmade items, pulling or applying excessive force may cause damage. Items with plating, brass, or copper alloys are susceptible to moisture and sweat. It is challenging to prevent discoloration or fading due to humidity, and discoloration may accelerate depending on the environment. We kindly request that you avoid contact with makeup, perfumes, or hairspray. It is recommended to put on the item after your preparation is complete and to gently wipe away sebum with a soft cloth after wearing before storing. ・Materials The materials used (excluding some items) include copper alloy, iron, brass, and parts with nickel plating + zinc alloy plating or nickel plating + rhodium plating. As nickel plating is used, please refrain from ordering if you have concerns about allergies. If you experience any skin irritation, please discontinue use and consult a medical specialist.
