To make the tile, I laid flowers and foliage onto the clay and pressed them in to transfer all their details, and then carefully removed them. The frame was then placed over and the plaster was poured in. Once set, the clay was peeled away to reveal the plants in relief. I have a print from living plants and herbs.Irregularities in frescoes and deviations in size may arise during the processing process or may be intentional to preserve the natural appearance of natural motifs.
