Unlike traditional cocoa producing areas near the equator where it is always summer, Taiwan's cocoa is produced in a relatively cold region. Due to the obvious seasonal changes, the composition of the cocoa fruit and its taste are affected. This time, the Institute will take you to experience cocoa beans and cocoa tea from different origins, learn about the chocolate-making process, and taste Taiwan's fine chocolate!
The fee includes all materials, lecturer and venue fees, just show up!
Those who register and successfully start the course will enjoy a set of "Afternoon Tea" limited to the Wuer Club courses!
