We will assist you with replacing the new components. ☞ Once the new components are replaced, we will ship the item back to you. 📣 925 Sterling Silver Material Explanation: ▸ 925 silver is 92.5% silver and 7.5% alloy, recognized internationally as the standard for sterling silver. ▸ Silver posts are soft. If you find a bent post, you can gently bend it back into shape. ▸ 925 silver does oxidize. If your jewelry changes color, it is due to a chemical reaction between airborne sulfur dioxide and silver, forming silver sulfide on the surface. ▸ Silver sulfide is not fading.
