A plump, round, deep blue glazed vase

The white clay has a vivid glaze color and a rough texture typical of pottery. A glaze that produces a vivid yet deep, calm blue color. I combined the two to create a plump, round vase. I have an electric potter's wheel and a small electric furnace at home, and I do all of the processes by hand, from kneading the clay to shaping, carving, drying, bisque firing, glazing, and final firing. We aimed to create a vase that allows you to enjoy both the cuteness of its round shape and the rustic, calm atmosphere typical of pottery. The vivid blue color goes well with white, yellow, and pink flowers, and it is also recommended to combine it with vivid colored dried flowers. Ceramics are naturally absorbent, so we will apply a waterproofing treatment using a water-repellent agent. We have confirmed that by using this waterproofing agent, no water will seep out for approximately 40 hours, however, there is a possibility that a small amount of evaporated water may come out from the bottom, making the area feel slightly damp. If this bothers you, you may be able to use the product with peace of mind by placing a cloth mat or similar underneath. The item you receive will be the same as the product image. To avoid damaging your table as much as possible, the contact surface will be sanded down before delivery. Using various glazes and clays, I create a wide variety of pottery in different colors and shapes, searching for the best combinations. It is impossible to create two identical pieces, so although they may look similar, each piece is unique. I would be very happy if you could find your favorite.
