**【Choosing Your Pet's Photo】**
✧ Select a close-up photo with clear facial features for an even cuter result!
✧ We recommend a "solid color" or "simple, tonal brushstrokes" for the background, allowing you to focus on painting your pet with detail.
✧ Each session is for one pet. An additional charge of $800 applies for each extra pet, which also includes an extra hour of painting time (advance notice required).

✧ Our studio operates by appointment only. Please book at least one day in advance and confirm your registration.
✧ Please arrive on time on the day of your activity. No-shows without prior notice will be considered a forfeiture of the session without refund or notification. Late arrivals will have their activity conclude at the end of the originally scheduled time slot.
✧ For self-selected images, portraits, or pet paintings, please provide reference photos or images at least 3 days in advance for preparation.
✧ Please leave on time at the end of your painting session to ensure the rights of other participants. playart reserves the right to manage session timings.
✧ Extended painting time is charged at $800/hour. Additional hours do not include extra canvases or materials.
✧ Unless otherwise specified for joint painting activities, sharing a canvas is not permitted. A maximum of one accompanying person is allowed, and seating will be prioritized for active participants.
✧ To maintain a pleasant painting environment, outside food and drinks are not permitted in the studio. A cleaning fee of $500 applies for any self-provided celebration cakes.
✧ To ensure the quality of our activities, please adhere to the activity guidelines.
✧ In case of natural disasters or other force majeure events, playart will proactively notify and coordinate rescheduling.
**Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy**
**※ A transaction fee of $50 will be deducted from all transactions ※**
✧ Cancellations made 7 days or more before the activity are eligible for a full refund.
✧ Cancellations made 4-7 days (inclusive) before the activity will receive a 50% refund of the activity fee.
✧ Cancellations made 3 days or less before the activity are non-refundable. One rescheduling is permitted, and the activity must be completed within 1 month.
