Casual shoes are packaged in shoeboxes; slippers, bags, and accessories are packaged in PP bags. Packaging materials serve a protective purpose, and minor dents or creases from logistics delivery are unavoidable. Packaging materials themselves are not eligible for return or exchange. 8. Genuine leather insoles exhibit natural variations in skin texture across different areas and may have different patterns or colors depending on the season (unlike artificial leather, which can be manufactured with uniform color and texture). Wrinkles or color variations are not considered defects. 9. Product images may vary slightly due to individual monitor settings; actual product colors are definitive.
