Made-to-order items require a waiting period of 2-6 weeks (excluding shipping time, public holidays, and natural disasters). If you need to receive your jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before placing your order to check for availability or if they can accommodate an earlier production. Items processed through our factory require more time. Factory-processed items include: wax-carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving.
