The core baroque beads are made of glass, and have been layered with multiple coats of our original pearl paint. The glass baroque pearls are characterized by their gently uneven surfaces and individual variations in form. These baroque beads are carefully crafted over time by skilled Japanese artisans, requiring exceptional expertise. The necklace design is finished with an all-knot technique, where a knot is carefully placed between each pearl, adding a thoughtful touch to its simple design. The pearl color is an antique gold, featuring a fine texture and a soft luster. This original color has been developed with a focus on both texture and exquisite hue. The pearls are generously sized at approximately 12mm in diameter, offering a substantial presence. The total length is approximately 46cm, a slightly longer standard princess length, and an adjuster is included at the clasp, allowing for an extension of about 8cm. The advantages of an all-knot necklace include minimizing damage in the unlikely event of the thread breaking, as the beads are not in constant contact and are less prone to friction and scratches. This design also allows the necklace to better conform to the curve of the neck. This construction is particularly popular overseas and is often found in higher-quality accessories. The pearls are painted in our own factory. Their quality is well-maintained, with no peeling or significant noticeable scratches. While occasional pinholes or minor indentations may be present, they are thoroughly inspected in-house and considered within acceptable quality standards.
