Packaging is for protection during transit and may incur minor dents or abrasions, which are unavoidable. Packaging cannot be returned or exchanged separately. 9. Product images may vary slightly due to individual screen settings. Colors are subject to the actual product. Handmade measurements may have a normal variance of approximately 1-3cm. 【Return & Exchange Policy】 1. Please contact us via private message within 7 days of receiving your item to apply for a return or exchange. Late requests will not be accepted. 2. Returned items must be in new, unworn condition with their original packaging (PP bag + outer box), including all accessories and attached tags. 3. Items purchased as part of a "spend and get" promotion cannot be returned individually; the entire order must be returned and reordered if partial returns are desired. 4. For any concerns or missing items upon receipt, a complete unboxing video is required to ensure the rights of both parties and to facilitate returns, exchanges, or replacements. 5. The original packaging (PP bag + outer box) must be intact. Do not tape directly onto the PP bag.
