* Anti-slip mat add-on: NT$200
* Standard fabric add-on: NT$230 (Prices may vary based on seasonal fabric selection, please understand.)

*Should a handcraft experience class exceed the originally scheduled time, an additional fee of NT$300/person per hour will be charged.
*If a student decides to abandon their work midway through the experience class, and requires the instructor to complete it, a fee of NT$1,000/person per hour will be charged on-site.
*Accompanying persons, whether they participate in the rug making or not, will be charged NT$1,000/person.

1. If the reserved time encounters unavoidable circumstances such as typhoons or earthquakes requiring cancellation, Bai Dian will notify you via official channels to reschedule your course once.
2. If you wish to film videos, shows, or advertisements, please contact customer service before placing your order to arrange a time slot without other students.
*Refund and Cancellation Policy*
1. Upon completing your course reservation, we will immediately prepare the necessary materials. Therefore, refunds are not accepted.
2. If you need to reschedule within 8 days of your selected course date, you may do so "free of charge for one postponement
(can be rescheduled to any session within three months of the original course date)".
3. If you fail to reschedule within three months, or if you are unable to attend even after the one-time free postponement, you will need to place a new order.
4. Same-day cancellations or arrivals 15 minutes late will be considered a forfeiture of the course, and you will need to place a new order.
