About Design Coordination: Each item is meticulously designed by our floral artists. The accessories and various flowers and foliage are selected to complement the color palette and style of each product as presented by the designer. Materials are subject to seasonal availability and stock. If you particularly like a specific ornament or a small detail, we welcome you to discuss it with us for a personalized custom order. In case of the unavailability of a special ornament, we will notify you before shipping to arrange a substitution. Note: For products that include string lights, the LED lights are battery-operated. Each set of lights is brand new. Once the battery power is depleted, simply replace the batteries. Product Shipping Service: All items in our store are made-to-order after payment is completed. January is a peak season for Lunar New Year orders. If you have urgent requirements, please specify them and discuss shipping methods and times with us. For deliveries within Kaohsiung City, we utilize LALAMOVE for your convenience. Please ensure you provide a detailed address and the recipient's name and phone number so we can locate you more efficiently! Deliveries to other cities are handled by HCT (Home & City Logistics). Shipping and delivery days are Monday through Saturday. Please be attentive to the courier's contact, enabling you to receive your item promptly. To guarantee the safe transport of your order, larger items will be shipped one box per piece. The checkout shipping fee is for a single item. Store Closure: The store will be closed from Lunar New Year's Eve (February 16th) to the sixth day of the Lunar New Year (February 23rd).
