Dry with a soft cloth or a hairdryer (we recommend a hairdryer to ensure all microscopic pores are dried). 4. Apply a thin layer of petroleum jelly and wipe off any excess. After immersion, some pieces may feel slightly rough. Before step 3, you can gently brush with a soft-bristled toothbrush and an alkaline cleaner like dish soap or soapy water to remove any roughness and achieve a subtle polishing effect. - Our silver polishing solution can be reused. Replace it when its effectiveness diminishes. However, it is only suitable for tarnish caused by air exposure. If the product is incorrect or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you with returns, exchanges, or repairs (for custom items). Please return the original item with its packaging within 5 days of contact; failure to do so will be considered an abandonment of your return rights. Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition with all packaging, including the box, accessories, inner and outer packaging, product cards, shipping slips, accompanying documents, and any gifts. Returns without complete components or that are damaged will not be accepted. ★ Within the warranty period, bracelets or necklaces that break or detach at the connection point can be repaired free of charge. ★ For damage caused by external force, impact, or improper use, we will assess the repairability on a case-by-case basis and may charge a material fee. ★ Except for manufacturing defects where the buyer bears the return shipping cost, we will cover the shipping cost for the repaired item. For all other repairs, the buyer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs. ★ Before returning an item for repair, please contact us to obtain a repair number. Returns without a repair number will not be processed. ★ Please package all returned items securely in a sealed zip-lock bag and use protective materials like bubble wrap for shipping. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during transit. ★ Repair times range from 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the item's condition and whether it needs to be sent back to our workshop. If materials are out of stock or discontinued, especially for natural stones where identical or similar replacements may not be available, we may not be able to complete the repair without an alternative.
