Packaging is for protection, and slight collisions or indentations during logistics delivery are unavoidable. Packaging materials are not eligible for return or exchange. 8. Genuine leather insoles may exhibit variations in texture and color depending on the natural skin area and season (unlike artificial leather, which has uniform patterns and colors). Wrinkles or color differences are not considered defects. 9. Product images may vary slightly due to individual screen settings; the actual product is the final standard. Handmade items may have international standard allowable variations and measurement differences of 1-3 cm, which are normal. 10. Collaboration products are officially licensed.
