◗ Participants must be 12 years of age or older.
◗ Only ticket holders may participate; those without tickets are not permitted to accompany or join the session.
◗ To ensure the smooth running of the experience, please arrive on time. Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes will not be admitted and are not eligible for refunds.
◗ Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. Any damages caused by non-compliance will be the responsibility of the participant.
◗ In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or process a refund.
◗ If participation is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be issued.
◗ In the event of a class cancellation due to natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or process a refund. For typhoons, the criteria for class suspension and refunds will be based on the official announcements of the event's location, regardless of the participant's location.
◗ The organizer may take photos and videos during the event for documentation and promotional purposes on social media and other recruitment channels. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us at the venue, and we will make special arrangements.
◗ Bringing companions or observing the class is not permitted.
If you need to cancel your reserved session for any special reason, please notify us at least three days prior to the event date. Otherwise, no refund will be issued; only rescheduling or switching to another course will be possible.
