◗ Participants must be 12 years of age or older to register for this activity.
◗ Only ticket holders may participate. Guests without tickets are not permitted to accompany or join the activity.
◗ To ensure the smooth progression of the experience, please arrive on time. Entry will not be permitted for arrivals more than 15 minutes late, and no refunds will be issued.
◗ Participants must adhere to the rules of the venue and follow the instructions of the instructor. Any damages caused by violations will be the responsibility of the participant.
◗ In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or arrange a refund.
◗ If participation is terminated due to reasons beyond the organizer's control, no refund will be provided.
◗ In case of class cancellation due to natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or arrange a refund. In the event of a typhoon, the class cancellation and refund standards announced by the location of the event will apply, irrespective of the participant's location.
◗ The organizer may conduct on-site photography during the experience for recording and promotional purposes. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used by the organizer for event documentation or future recruitment campaigns. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us at the venue, and we will make special arrangements.
◗ Accompanying guests or observers are not permitted in the workshop.
Cancellations due to special circumstances must be notified at least three days prior to the activity date. Otherwise, no refund will be issued; only rescheduling or switching to another course is possible.
