◗ Participants must be 12 years of age or older to register for this event.
◗ Only ticket holders may participate. Non-ticket holders are not permitted to accompany or participate.
◗ To ensure the smooth progression of the experience, please avoid lateness. Entry will not be permitted for those arriving more than 15 minutes late, and no refunds will be issued.
◗ Participants are expected to adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. Any damages caused by violation will be the responsibility of the participant.
◗ In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or process a refund.
◗ If participation is canceled due to reasons beyond our control, no refund will be issued.
◗ In case of class cancellation due to natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or process a refund. If a typhoon occurs, the closure and refund standards announced by the event's location will apply, regardless of the participant's location.
◗ The organizer may conduct on-site photography during the experience for documentation and may use images featuring your likeness in promotional materials or other recruitment channels after the event. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us at the venue, and we will make special arrangements.
◗ Bringing companions or observing without participation is not permitted.
If you need to cancel your reservation for a special reason, please notify us at least three days prior to the event date; otherwise, no refund will be issued, only rescheduling or switching to another course will be possible.
