**【 Artisan Techniques: A Practice of Texture and Warmth 】**
At Irongirl's Studio, we perfectly balance professional technique with the joy of craftsmanship. With the professional guidance of Instructor Xiaoshan, you will experience core metalworking processes:
✤ Annealing: The instructor personally handles the torch to soften the metal through a baptism of fire, preparing it for your creative work. (Safety first; professional processes are overseen by the instructor.)

**【 Booking Notes 】**
To ensure every piece achieves an art-grade level of refinement, Irongirl's Studio follows these artisan protocols:
✤ Artisan Finishing: Finished pieces cannot be taken home on the day of the workshop. To ensure the highest quality, the instructor will retain the work for subsequent soldering, fine filing, and high-level polishing. Lacquer designs require **10-15 working days for the lacquering process**. Once completed, we offer **"Complimentary Post Office Shipping"** or local pickup by appointment. No rush orders.
✤ Dedicated Instruction: This course is conducted on a one-on-one or small-group basis; workshops start with just one participant.
✤ Booking Fees: This page is for a $300 booking deposit. The remaining balance depends on the design selected on-site and can be paid via cash, bank transfer, or **Culture Points (on-site QR code scanning)**.

● Designs and Fees: You may change your design on the day of the workshop. Fees are calculated based on the specific design, and any price difference can be paid on-site.
● Bookings and Changes: Deposits are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. If you are unable to attend, please be sure to send a private message to the instructor to reschedule.
● Culture Points: We support payment via Culture Points. You may select "Use Culture Points" in your Pinkoi cart or scan the QR-code on-site to deduct points.
● Workshop Documentation: Professional documentation is provided on-site using a Canon EOS R10. You will receive digitally edited photos from the instructor (please inform us before the class if you consent to photos of your face being published).
● Completion: Red copper pieces require 10–15 working days to complete due to the specialized protective lacquering process. The instructor will ship your piece to you once finished.
Workshop fees include materials and instruction; necklace chains are not included.
● Arrival: Please arrive early or on time to maintain the quality of the course. If you need to adjust your time slot, please send a private message to discuss it in advance.
● Receipt Information: The studio does not currently provide official uniform invoices.
