After placing your order, please message our studio. The artist will discuss the details of your artwork with you. Please provide clear, well-lit photos and discuss the desired canvas size and background. We recommend a canvas size of 27x22 cm, though other sizes are available with adjusted pricing. For a stronger focus on your pet, a solid color background is preferred. You're also welcome to message us to discuss your needs with the artist before placing your order! 2. Once confirmed, the painting process begins. Completion time varies depending on the artwork's complexity and size, so please allow for this. 3. Upon completion, the artist will send a photo of the artwork for your review and discuss any necessary adjustments. Significant revisions may incur additional charges. 4. After revisions are complete, the artist will sign the artwork in a corner. It will then be prepared for shipping. Please note that due to the nature of oil paints, the artwork needs time to dry, typically requiring one to two weeks after completion before it can be packaged and sent. Please consider the following when ordering: ***To accurately capture your pet's fur color, please ensure the photos provided match their current fur color. You may also provide multiple photos for the artist's reference. ***Each pet possesses unique characteristics that require careful attention during the painting process.
