In 2014, Orlando managed his own estate on a lease basis and named it Maria Manor after his wife. Most of the noble special varieties are planted on the 3-hectare manor. There are currently about 5,000 Geisha coffee trees in the park. In 2017, Orlando won second place in the Columbian Cup of Excellence (COE) competition with a sun-dried Geisha Bean with a score of 90.78. In 2018, they expanded their coffee dream and purchased 4 hectares of land to grow more special varieties. The workers in the manor are all women. When picking fruits, the female workers carefully picked the ripe red fruits perfectly. During the post-processing process, the characteristics of female workers were also used. After removing the floating beans, high-quality coffee cherries were manually carefully screened, placed in a fermentation barrel, covered, and left to ferment for 24 hours before drying.
