【About delivery】
Some products do not provide a pick-up service in convenience stores. Although the flowers and gifts are tested upside down, the flowers themselves are relatively fragile and cannot be sent to the site to supervise the delivery process. There will be some risks. Contact us for photos and we will assist you immediately.

◎ Delivery products do not include the production time of about 1 ~ 2 working days. Convenience store pickup does not include the production time of about 2 ~ 3 working days. The actual arrival date is still based on the time of the shipping company.
◎ If you choose home delivery in Taiwan's outlying islands, it will be sent to the post office automatically.

[Commodity preservation method]
◎ No watering required.
◎ Avoid placing in places with direct sunlight, high temperature or severe changes in humidity.
◎ When the flower material is damp, please immediately transfer to a dry environment, you can open the dehumidifier.
◎ Do not directly touch other objects, it is easy to produce organic solvent color transfer and dyeing.
◎ When contaminated with dust, please brush gently with a brush, or use a hair dryer to gently cool the wind with the minimum wind speed, keeping a palm distance away.
◎ Long-term placement may slowly fade and weather.
◎ The flower materials are all processed with iron wire. If there are children and children at home, please be careful not to touch and hurt!
