2. If there is no invoice, the case will be accepted personally.
3. If you do not want the product to be published publicly, you can inform us first.
4. Glass will inevitably have small grains, original manufacturer trademarks, and small bubbles. The designer will screen out the ones that are too obvious, but after all, the glass is blown, and it is inevitable that there will be grains and bubbles in areas that do not affect the graphics and text.
5. Customized products are not refundable or exchangeable, and the seven-day hesitation period stipulated in Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Law does not apply.
6. Users should pay attention to avoid various safety issues caused by collisions with glass and risks caused by instantaneous temperature differences in daily life. We cannot make any safety guarantees for the products sold. Before use, please pay attention to the integrity of the product and any chips or cracks. Please do not use either.
Damage buy-back: If it is accidentally damaged within two years, only the engraving fee will be charged for the same pattern buy-back, and packaging fees will be charged if packaging is needed.
