We make every effort to avoid these during production. │ Leather Characteristics │ • Slight variations in color depth between batches are natural. Vegetable-tanned leather also deepens in color with use, developing a richer, caramel hue over time. • Like human skin, natural leather has pores and will absorb moisture. Faint water marks may appear after drying, which is a natural phenomenon. Each piece is treated with maintenance oil upon completion to help reduce absorption of moisture or stains. • Avoid prolonged exposure to water. If the leather gets wet, dry it in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight. • Light surface dirt can be gently wiped with a clean cotton cloth. Deep oil stains are difficult to remove and will gradually become less noticeable over time, so please use with care and embrace the patina! │ Leather Dyeing │ • This series retains the brushstroke effect of hand-dyeing. Through repeated testing, we have achieved our most satisfying shades and color proportions, making each item one of a kind. • Dyed products will not fade with light friction, but the natural characteristic of vegetable-tanned cowhide means the color saturation may decrease over time. • Undyed leather is close to beige and will deepen in color and develop marks based on individual usage and habits, much like a diary recording our life's story. │ Leather Care │ • Frequent use is the best form of care, allowing the natural oils from your hands to nourish the leather. If the edges feel dry, a leather conditioning oil can be applied. • Store in a dry place.
