・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the session will proceed before registering.
・Upon completing your order and checkout, your purchase details serve as confirmation of your registration. No physical tickets will be issued. Simply arrive at the venue for check-in at the scheduled time; no separate SMS or pre-class notification will be sent.
・Orders not checked out after placement are considered incomplete registrations. Registration will close immediately once the class is full, and orders without completed checkout will not be added to the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
。According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the "Regulations on Private Schools and Educational Institutions" and Article 33 of the "Regulations Governing Short-Term Tutoring Classes" as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class start date, 95% of the actual payment will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine and eight days before the class start date, 90% of the actual payment will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven and one day before the class start date, 80% of the actual payment will be refunded.
。Rescheduling is permitted within 2 months of the original class date. Please proactively inform us of your chosen new session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduled times, please opt for a refund.
。For cancellations or rescheduling on the day of the class, no refunds or postponements will be accepted due to the pre-arranged materials and venue arrangements. Participants who do not attend will be considered to have forfeited.
。To protect the rights of other participants, those who arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time will be considered to have forfeited.
。For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details, name, and account holder name. Refunds will be processed via cash transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this activity.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Unregistered companions are not permitted to join unless a parent needs to assist a child who cannot complete the activity independently, or in special cases requiring parent-child participation. Please call the store in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days prior to the event's start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer rescheduling or a full refund.
・Please arrive punctually for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, kindly avoid being late.
・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the handcraft classroom. This workshop includes complimentary self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants must adhere to the rules of the venue and follow the instructions of the instructor.
・In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the experience for event documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. These images, which may include your likeness, may be used for event records or other recruitment and promotional activities in the future.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the venue, and we will make appropriate arrangements.
