**【Important Notes】**
◆ Please arrive punctually at your scheduled time. As pieces require a certain amount of time to complete, arriving late may affect the quality of the workshop and the rights of other participants.
◆ If you need to reschedule, please contact the designer at least 7 days prior to the event for arrangements. Rescheduling is permitted once within a three-month period. Requests for rescheduling or cancellation within 2 days of the event will not be accommodated, and no refunds will be issued.
◆ Photos and videos will be taken during the experience and uploaded to our brand's Facebook and Instagram pages after the event for record-keeping and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us in person before the workshop begins.
◆ In case of natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances, the designer will proactively contact you to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
**【Important Reminders】**
(1) Participants must be 12 years of age or older to register for this activity.
(2) As the workshop involves the use of fire, for safety reasons, please avoid wearing loose clothing and wear closed-toe shoes. If you have long hair, please tie it up. Those with long fingernails should exercise extra caution during operation.
(3) Due to limited space and for safety considerations, accompanying guests who have not registered for the workshop are not permitted to observe during the session.
(4) Multiple participants cannot collaborate on a single piece.
(5) As designers need to prepare materials and reserve spots in advance, and to protect the rights of all parties, a 50% handling fee will be charged for cancellations made by the consumer for personal reasons more than 7 days before the event (excluding the day of the experience). No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 2 days of the event. Alternatives include transferring the booking to a friend or friend, or converting it to a custom order.
**【Workshop COVID-19 Prevention Measures】**
◆ All designers and participants are required to wear masks throughout the session; entry will be denied without one.
◆ Temperature checks are mandatory before entry. Participants with a temperature below 37.5°C and who have completed alcohol disinfection will be permitted entry.
◆ Enhanced ventilation is ensured through air conditioning and opening doors to maintain air circulation within the studio.
◆ Alcohol disinfection will be used to sanitize frequently touched surfaces such as doorknobs and tables before and after the activity.
◆ The entire environment will be thoroughly disinfected before and after the experience.
