A unique beauty that brings you happiness
The materials for this piece are selected from thousands of kimono fabrics, once stored away in chests, chosen for their auspicious patterns. Each item is carefully handcrafted with a wish for the happiness of the person who receives it.
A Gift of Tradition
Utilizing kimono fabrics that lay dormant in chests, we create beautiful and charming items from small pieces of cloth, honoring the local wisdom of elderly women in Watari Town, Miyagi Prefecture: "Don't throw away even a cloth that can wrap three small azuki beans." These are well-received as gifts for small tokens of appreciation or greetings.
An Item that Adds Radiance to Your Back
A hair accessory that complements not only kimonos and yukatas but also blends seamlessly with any attire. It allows the wearer to express their individuality. It can be used as a retro-modern hair accessory, as well as an armband or a book band. It’s convenient to have one in your bag.
A Symbol of Happiness: Auspicious Patterns
Auspicious patterns, used as "symbols of happiness," carrying good fortune. Understanding the meanings of traditional Japanese patterns connects us to the depth of Japanese culture passed down through generations.
<Chrysanthemum Pattern> "Longevity," "Wish for Rejuvenation," "Prayer for Good Health"
Chrysanthemums were believed to have anti-aging properties and were used medicinally. Regarded as the king of herbs, it is seen as an auspicious flower for longevity.
The Joy of Gazing, The Pleasure of Collecting
Kimono fabrics adorned with auspicious patterns that delight the eyes are items that bring forth images of happiness just by gazing at them. By collecting your favorite pieces, you can enjoy creating your own personal gallery.

<Points to Note Before Purchasing>
※ As all items are handmade, please understand that each piece is unique, with slight variations in size, shape, and pattern.
※ In rare cases where we obtain particularly well-preserved kimono fabric, multiple items may be produced from the same fabric. Please note that the pattern arrangement may differ slightly from the photos due to the cutting position of the fabric.
※ Please understand that colors and textures may appear differently on screen than in reality. If you have any concerns, please contact us or refrain from purchasing.
※ As the kimono fabrics used as materials are often second-hand and lack specific labeling, their exact composition cannot always be identified. They are thoroughly inspected and processed, including washing, before being remade. Depending on the fabric, some may experience color bleeding or shrinkage when wet, so please handle them with care.
※ As we also sell on other sites, please forgive us if the item is sold out.
