First time use steps:

2. Rotate and open the upper and lower pots. Please hold the body of the pot and do not hold the handle to rotate.
3. Remove the coffee grounds hopper from the lower pot.
4. Pour water into the lower pot to 5mm below the pressure relief valve. The pressure relief valve must not be submerged in water.
5. Place the coffee grounds hopper back into the filled pot.
6. Check whether the filter plate and sealing ring at the bottom of the upper pot are in the correct position.
7. Tighten the upper and lower pots together. Be sure to tighten them to avoid air leakage. Please hold the body of the pot to rotate it, do not hold the handle to rotate it.
8. Place the Moka pot on a gas stove or electric stove to heat, making sure that the fire source does not extend beyond the bottom of the pot.
9. Heat until boiling and water comes out from the upper pot valve. Turn off the heat when the water level reaches half of the upper pot.
10. After cooling, rotate open the upper and lower pots and disassemble all parts.
11. Use a fine sponge to clean all five parts. Do not use a vegetable cloth to avoid scratching the mirror stainless steel.
12. Dry all parts.
General usage steps:
