1. Ordering Information * For each leather cord, please order one 'base fee' (NT$50) + the desired length of leather cord (1 unit = 1 cm = NT$5). * For example, if you wish to order a 30 cm metal antique bronze leather cord, please order 1 base fee for metal antique bronze + 30 units for the black cord. The total cost will be NT$50 + NT$150 = NT$200. * Total cord length = leather cord + clasp hardware. * When measuring, please ensure not to fit it too snugly. Packaging * In support of environmental protection, our studio uses simple paper packaging. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 6. Return and Refund Policy * For non-customized orders, returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unused. * Orders with custom laser-engraved text are considered customized and cannot be returned. * If a color selection is not specified in advance, we will not accept returns based on dissatisfaction with the color combination after delivery. * Refund requests submitted "before shipping" will be fully refunded. * For refund requests submitted "after shipping" for domestic orders, a shipping fee of NT$60 will be deducted from the total order amount. The refund amount will be the total order amount minus NT$60. This does not apply to free shipping orders or international orders. 7. Care Instructions * If the item gets wet, please let it air dry in a well-ventilated area (do not expose to direct sunlight, do not use a hairdryer, do not store in damp places such as kitchens or bathrooms). * Apply leather care oil for maintenance once every six months. Test on an inconspicuous area first to assess the leather's condition before applying to the entire piece. 8. Important Notes * Due to purely handmade cutting and stitching, there may be slight variations in the actual stitching and dimensions; these are not considered defects. * Our studio treats the edges of our creations with a clear edge sealant to maintain the original leather color, preventing discoloration over time. * Leather naturally exhibits textures, wrinkles, spots, scars, or markings. Our studio incorporates these elements into the design to make each piece unique. Therefore, the presence of such characteristics in your received item does not constitute a defect. If you wish to avoid these unique features, please indicate this in the "Notes" section of your order. We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee complete avoidance. We appreciate your understanding. * The reverse side of genuine leather may produce small amounts of leather shavings due to friction, which is a natural occurrence and not a defect. * Water stains on leather after contact with water are normal. Allow to air dry in a well-ventilated area. * The color of the leather will deepen over time with personal use. * Actual product colors may vary slightly from photos due to differences in devices, screen resolutions, lighting, and other factors.
