Gemstones are sourced from trusted industry suppliers, and silver is procured from reputable merchants and manufacturers. For plating, both jewelry and industrial plating techniques are used. The Pinkoi desktop site displays estimated shipping times. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1-3 days. For made-to-order pieces, please expect a waiting period. If you require the item sooner, please contact the designer before ordering to check for availability or to see if it can be expedited. Items requiring factory processing take longer. Factory-processed items include: wax-carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving. Items priced over NT$2,000 will be presented in a jewelry box (boxes for items under NT$2,000 can be purchased separately). 2. Sterling silver items without plating will come with a polishing cloth. 3. For environmental reasons, multiple items will be packaged with minimal waste (items that come with a box will still include it). Please inform the designer if you require separate packaging.
