Unfinished silver clay is very fragile. Dropping it or applying excessive force can cause it to crack. Significant breakage will require remaking the piece and incurring a material fee of $500.

2. Once booked, appointments are non-refundable but can be postponed once (must be used within 2 months) or transferred to another person. Changing the date within 7 days before the class is considered forfeiture of the course, and fees paid will not be refunded.
3. In case of natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances, rescheduling or a full refund is possible.
4. If the piece cannot be completed within the class time, it will be finished as a semi-complete item. The studio will assist in completing and mailing it to you (shipping fees apply and depend on the shipping method).
5. Due to limited space, please do not bring companions.
