Tea trees are natural crops. The same tea tree will be affected by different temperature, humidity, sunlight, moisture, etc. in different seasons, so the aroma and flavor of the tea produced will also be different. Adhere to hand-picking one core and two leaves, without additives to make tea. The tea will slowly change its aroma over time, so different batches of tea will have different flavors. [Suggestions for brewing --- teapot hot brewing method]
1. At the beginning of brewing, you can pour boiling hot water into the pot first, and then start making tea after warming up the pot, which will bring out more aroma of tea leaves.
2. Wait for about half a minute, after the button of the pot is warmed up, you can pour the warm water into the tea sea, and continue to warm the tea sea. And put the tea leaves taken out into the pot. At this time, you can smell the hot and dry fragrance of the tea leaves first.
3. If the teapot at hand has a water capacity of 150cc, put in 6 grams of tea leaves in a cord shape each time, and brew at a water temperature of 90-95 degrees. Do not pour hot boiling water directly on the tea leaves when brewing. Slowly pour in a circle along the wall of the pot. During the waiting time, you can pour the warm water in the tea sea into a small cup (continue to warm the cup).
4. Wait for about 45 seconds to make the tea for the first time, then pour it into the tea sea, then pour out the warm water in the small cups, and divide the tea soup into each small cups in order, and then drink it.
5. Afterwards, the soaking time for the second brewing is reduced by 10 seconds, and the subsequent tea brewing time is increased by 10 seconds. The bar-shaped tea can be brewed continuously for 4-6 times, and the thickness of the tea soup can be adjusted according to personal preference.
6. It is recommended to use a ceramic tea set for the brewing utensils, and a large teacup or glass is also acceptable.
