2. After confirming that the model & photo can be produced, fill in the custom demand form
3. Complete the order, send it for drawing after the order is completed, and the drawing will be produced in about 3-5 working days
4. Confirm the diagram is correct and send it for printing. The customized content cannot be changed after printing.

✧ About hand-painting:
▪️ Customized hand-drawn drawings can be fine-tuned 3 times for free, and large-scale modifications will be charged.
▪️ We accept multiple photos to be drawn on the same screen, please contact the designer to discuss first.
▪️ Objects other than people and pets can be drawn, please contact the designer for a quote.
▪️ The same hand-drawn drawing is only charged once. There is no need to pay again when using the purchased drawing to make products in the future.

1. There is no "seven-day appreciation period" for customized products. Once you agree to send it out for production, you cannot cancel the order at will.
2. The color rendering level of each device is different (RGB≠CMYK), so it is inevitable that there will be color differences in the product.
3. Customizations are all handmade, the layout may shift slightly, the diagram is for reference only.
4. It takes 12-15 working days for urgent delivery and 17-21 working days for normal delivery to receive the goods. It is recommended to use urgent delivery for gifts. You can contact the designer to confirm the delivery date first.
5. Please do not allow customized products to come into contact with organic solvents such as alcohol to avoid fading of the pattern.
