2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to the activity will incur a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations made on the day of the activity are non-refundable (in cases of force majeure with relevant proof, rescheduling or a full refund may be accepted).
3. If you are unable to arrive at the reserved time on the day of the activity, please call to inquire about other available times. No-shows will be considered as completion of the activity and are non-refundable.
