◆ Once your registration is successful, no refunds will be provided for cancellations due to inability to attend. You are welcome to find someone to take your place or reschedule.
(If you wish to reschedule due to personal reasons, you must notify us three days in advance, and this can be done only once.)
◆ Cancellations on the day of the class or arriving more than 30 minutes late will be considered a forfeiture of the course, with no option to reschedule or receive a refund.
◆ In case of natural disasters reaching the level requiring suspension of work and classes as announced by the administrative department, you may choose to postpone or receive a refund according to regulations.

◆ To participate in this course, you must provide your name and contact number for identity verification and course information. Failure to provide complete and accurate information will result in inability to participate.
◆ During the event, the studio may take photos and videos as needed, which will be uploaded to social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram after the event. Photos and images containing your likeness may be used for event records or promotional purposes in the future. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform staff privately before or during the event, and special arrangements will be made.

We will automatically delete your personal data stored for this course one month from the start date of the course.
