Qingcao Lake is located in the East District of Hsinchu City, one of the renowned "Eight Scenes of Hsinchu." The lake and mountain scenery is incredibly soothing! Originally a reservoir formed by the Juyaxi River, it's surrounded by lush greenery and numerous temples, creating a tranquil atmosphere. This time, we won't just admire the scenery from the shore; we'll use SUP stand-up paddleboards to explore the beautiful landscape from different angles on the lake. You can also help each other during the activity and challenge yourselves together, having fun while building chemistry – perfect for meeting new friends! *Those who prefer not to get in the water can opt for the dragon boat board!*

● Participants can use nicknames during the event to maintain privacy. (Anonymous participation)
● You can specify in the remarks section if there's anyone you'd prefer not to meet (e.g., colleagues), and we will try to avoid scheduling them in the same event.
● Personal information will not be disclosed during the event to ensure privacy.

I. Cancellation Policy:
▼ Cancellations notified 7 days or more before the event (excluding the event day) will receive a 90% refund of the amount paid.
▼ Cancellations notified between 6 days and 4 days before the event (excluding the event day) will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.
▼ Cancellations notified 3 days before the event or on the day of the event are not accepted, and no refund will be issued.
▼ If you withdraw from the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be issued.
▼ In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, the event will be postponed or refunded upon contact.
▼ If the event is canceled due to reasons attributable to the organizer, a full refund will be issued.
II. Date or Other Activity Changes:
▼ Changes to the date or other activities can be made up to 4 days before the event (excluding the event day). However, only one change is permitted.
▼ If there is a price difference after changing the date or activity, the difference will be refunded or paid accordingly.
▼ Once the date or activity has been changed, cancellations will not be accepted.
▼ Changes to the date or other activities are not accepted 3 days before the event or on the day of the event.
III. Electronic invoices will be emailed after the event. Prize winners will be notified separately. If you require a three-part invoice, please indicate this in the remarks section during registration.
