Amethyst: Properties/Trigonal crystal system of the quartz family. Hardness/7. Note/Avoid sun exposure for purification.
Amethyst exhibits a beautiful purple luster due to its iron content. The crystals within range in color from light to deep shades, with some displaying two colors simultaneously, revealing captivating primary and secondary hues under varying light angles. Commonly found in geode formations within alluvial deposits, it is one of the most significant crystals in the quartz family. Heat treatment is often used to alter its color; when heated, darker amethysts can turn yellow, becoming citrine. Brazil and Japan are renowned for their high-quality amethyst.
Iolite: Properties/Orthorhombic crystal system. Hardness/7-7.5.
Note/Avoid sea salt and running water for purification, as they may damage the crystals. Sun exposure can cause fading.
The name Iolite comes from the Greek word for violet, meaning "violet-blue stone." When rotated at different angles and under varying light, its internal crystals reveal diverse colors and glows, possessing an oily luster and pleochroism. Iolite is a silicate mineral. Its pleochroic characteristic, due to the selective absorption of light as it passes through the crystal in different directions, presents bright violet-blue hues. Sometimes, yellowish tones are visible, hence its name "dichroite" (double-colored stone).
Labradorite: Properties/Triclinic crystal system. Hardness/6-6.5.
Note/Avoid sun exposure and running water for purification, as they may damage the crystals or roughen their surface.
Labradorite contains various metallic mineral inclusions. Due to its layered structure, light interacts with these layers to create a spectrum of iridescent colors and sheens, a phenomenon also known as "labradorescence" or "spectrolite." This natural gemstone was discovered in the Labrador region of Newfoundland, Canada, hence its scientific name and Chinese translation. It displays a variety of colors and glows from different angles, possessing spectral properties. It is often found growing with bronzite, and both labradorite and bronzite exhibit diverse coloration.
Clear Quartz: Properties/Trigonal crystal system of the quartz family. Hardness/7.
Possesses a pure light and a transparent, clear appearance.
Clear quartz is one of the most abundant natural minerals on Earth, with quartz veins found in many countries. Mines in Brazil, China, and Japan are particularly noted for their high quality. Quartz is not only widely used in jewelry design but is also intricately connected to our lives. Since World War II in 1939, quartz has been utilized in communication equipment and is a crucial raw material for semiconductor silicon wafers today.
Hematite: Properties/Trigonal crystalline system. Hardness/5-6.5. Note/Avoid sun exposure and running water for purification, as they may cause rust.
Hematite is found on all continents and can form diverse crystal structures, including tabular, massive, and powdery forms, exhibiting an opaque, mirror-like metallic luster. Its overall color palette ranges from black and silver-gray to dark gray. Its English name, "HEMATITE," derives from the Greek word "HALIMA," meaning blood, owing to its high iron content, which can reach seventy percent, making it the mineral with the highest refractive index. Its primary component is iron(III) oxide. Besides being a source for iron extraction, hematite is also used as a pigment for ceramics and other materials; its color originates from the iron oxides it contains, giving it red hues.

♦ When ordering, please select the closest whole number wrist size based on your actual wrist measurement.
We will create a comfortable fit by adjusting the length according to your actual wrist size. The bracelet should be able to rotate slightly once worn.
If your wrist size has a decimal, for example, 15.5cm, you can choose either 15cm or 16cm. A 15cm bracelet will fit more snugly yet still rotate, while a 16cm bracelet will be looser.
▹ Standard Size: 14cm-17cm (Enjoy a 7-day appreciation period, with returns accepted within 7 days)
▹ Custom Size: 13cm, 18cm, 19cm (Customization begins only after order placement; the 7-day appreciation period does not apply. Please confirm your requirements before ordering.)
▹ Other Sizes: For wrist sizes below 13cm (e.g., children's sizes) or above 19cm, please visit a store for customization or contact customer service.

♦ The brass used by Slow Temperature is environmentally friendly brass that has passed EU testing (extremely low lead content). It is of high quality, resistant to oxidation, and hypoallergenic.
▹ Antioxidant properties vary depending on individual body composition (acidity/alkalinity). For individuals with normal body composition, slight oxidation may occur after about one to two years of wear. If minor oxidation occurs, it can be restored by wiping with a silver polishing cloth or toothpaste.
▹ It is safe to wear when exposed to water (including seawater), but it is advisable to avoid contact with chemical products such as perfumes and alkaline detergents.

♦ All crystals used by Slow Temperature are natural. However, our creative process is not limited to natural stones; we also incorporate other suitable processed materials to achieve our design aesthetics.
Some natural crystals may undergo high-temperature heating or coloring to enhance their vibrancy, such as chalcedony. Others are man-made, like red/blue/green sandstone (all sandstone available on the market is artificial). If synthetic or processed materials are used, this will be clearly indicated on the product page and within the crystal descriptions. The scarcity of materials and the complexity of processing will also be reflected in the product's price.
When choosing a style, we recommend selecting the one that appeals most to your eye or that you simply like, rather than focusing solely on the purported magnetic fields or energies of the crystals. This ensures the product resonates best with you.

♦ **Estimated Delivery Time:** Production begins after payment. Items are shipped within 6-9 days. If completed earlier, they will be dispatched sooner. For urgent orders, please discuss with us to confirm feasibility before placing your order.
♦ **Message Response Hours:** Our standard response hours are 11:00 to 19:00. We do not respond to messages on store holidays (Tuesdays and Wednesdays); responses will be provided in order on business days.
♦ **Scope of Customization:** On this platform, we only offer customization of "wrist size." Further customization, such as redesigning combinations or changing crystals, cannot be processed here.
♦ **Will the actual product look exactly like the photo?:** Natural minerals vary in color and crystal structure for each batch. This is especially true for crystals with internal inclusions (e.g., Green Phantom, Strawberry Quartz, Rutilated Quartz, Black Tourmaline Quartz), where each piece is unique. Furthermore, screen colors can vary. We strive for consistency within reasonable limits. However, if you require an exact match to the photo, please reconsider or visit our store to select your piece, as this will better meet your expectations!
♦ **Indication of Bead Size:** There may be slight variations in size when minerals are ground into beads (e.g., a 6mm bead may not be exactly 6mm from every batch). Therefore, we do not specify bead sizes. Please refer directly to the "Slow Temperature Natural Stones" product menu. Each product is categorized by approximate size, and you can also refer to actual wear photos.
♦ **Will the number of beads on the bracelet be the same as in the photo?:** Generally, for standard wrist sizes, the number of beads will be "almost" the same. However, as mentioned above, due to slight variations in bead size during production (e.g., some beads might be 6mm, others 6.5mm...), minor adjustments are made at the end of the stringing process to ensure the bracelet is not too long. This may involve adjusting the total number of beads.
♦ Slow Temperature mineral bracelets exclusively use **Japanese imported elastic cord**, which is strong and durable. With normal use, it can maintain its elasticity for over one to two years before loosening, so please wear it with confidence.
