Ordering Process: 1. First, confirm you like the style of MICO Graphic Creation. 2. Before placing an order, please provide the photo you wish to have illustrated to me. For photos, please ensure clear facial features and normal lighting, with the full head preferably visible. The provided photo should be 150dpi or higher, with a length or width of 1200 pixels or more. Please Note: The quality of the photo provided by the customer will directly affect the quality of the artwork. Please contact MICO Graphic Creation for an assessment before placing an order. 3. After order confirmation, the preview image (JPG) is expected to be completed within 5 business days (please inquire with the owner for the actual timeframe). If the customer confirms there are no issues, I will send the customer's digital output (300dpi) image file (JPG or vector PDF file). 4. If the customer has ordered physical items such as frames or stamps, the production time will be calculated from the completion of the digital illustration. Important Notes: 1. There will inevitably be some difference between the illustration style and the photo. Please confirm you like the style before ordering. As this is a personalized custom product, refunds or returns are not accepted. 2. Illustration time is 3-5 business days. (Please inquire with the owner for the actual timeframe) 3. MICO Graphic Creation reserves the right to determine pricing. 4. MICO Graphic Creation retains copyright and intellectual property rights for the creations and processed images, and has the right to display and use the works. Customized images are used for commercial product sales. 5. Works sold by MICO Graphic Creation are authorized only for the purchaser's personal use. Please do not use the works for reproduction, printing, or commercial activities. 6. The artist may sign in a corner. 7. Customized products (any digital or physical items) do not accept refunds, returns, exchanges, or order cancellations. 8. Our shop's responsibility is to produce the product well, completing and shipping within the promised timeframe. If a package is lost during transit, it is considered an unfortunate accident. Physical products from MICO Graphic Creation are produced by third-party manufacturers. Our shop can reorder physical products for customers at cost price. Customers will need to repurchase and pay for shipping.
