Rinse with water and then dry with a soft cloth to restore its original luster. 【 Usage and Care Instructions 】 ● Avoid prolonged contact of natural stones with water, sweat, and cosmetics. ● It is not recommended to wear while bathing, swimming, or in hot springs. ● When not wearing, it is advisable to gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth to remove moisture and dirt. Store in a sealed bag or box to prevent contact with air. ● It is recommended not to expose crystal jewelry to high-temperature sunlight for extended periods to prevent color changes. ● For gold-plated jewelry, absolutely avoid using silver polishing liquid or cloths, as this will remove the gold plating. It is best to simply wipe clean with an eyeglass cloth. ● Silver jewelry turns black due to a chemical reaction with sulfur in the air (sulfidation). Polishing with a silver polishing cloth can restore its shine. If you are concerned about losing weight from your silver items, a higher-grade silver polishing lotion can be used to maintain precious silver jewelry. 【 Product Packaging 】 ● Each item comes with a thick resealable bag. ♦️ A gift box is available upon request (additional charges apply). ♦️ 【 Cord and Accessory Description 】 ● Elastic Cord: For comfortable wear, we use Japanese silk elastic cord and Korean transparent elastic cord, which are durable and resistant to breakage. ● Spring Clasp: Stylish and durable, made with steel wire for strength and longevity. ● Elastic cord styles can be converted to a spring clasp for an additional fee of NT$50. ● Accessories: S925 Sterling Silver / Tibetan Silver & 18K/14K Gold Filled 【 Customization 】 ● Bespoke customization services are available. The actual product shipped will be the standard. ● Natural stones may have internal cracks, cloudiness, or small chips, which are all natural characteristics and not considered defects. Items that are polished or faceted may have minor imperfections from cutting, so please consider carefully before purchasing if you seek absolute perfection. The beauty of natural stones lies in their unique patterns. These characteristics do not affect the efficacy or usability of the crystals. ● Each item is handcrafted, and minor traces of the crafting process are normal. ● Once an order is placed, we kindly request that you avoid returns unless the item is damaged or has a clear defect (refer to the defect description above). We do not accept returns due to personal preferences or sizing issues. Please contact us within three days of receiving your order if you have any questions. Thank you for your understanding! ● If you need to adjust the bracelet size, please specify your wrist circumference in the order notes. If the bracelet is resized smaller and there are extra beads, we will include them with your order for future use. ● Each item comes with packaging, making it suitable for personal use or as a gift. ● For custom orders, please inquire first about material availability. ● When returning defective items, all complimentary gifts must also be returned, along with complete packaging contents. Otherwise, the return will not be processed. ● If an item needs to be returned for resizing due to an incorrect size selection by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs and a potential service fee depending on the complexity. 【 About the Product Itself 】 ● There may be slight variations in the size of each natural stone. The final product length may not exactly match the ordered size; a margin of ±0.5 cm is considered normal. ● When natural stones are polished into beads, there will be minor variations in size, and they may not be exactly identical to the product images. (For example, if we label a natural stone size as "approximately 6mm," or a design with mixed sizes as "approximately 4-6mm mixed," each batch of material may have slight variations from the indicated size. Please consider carefully before ordering if you require absolute uniformity.) ● The color and texture of each batch of raw material are unique. The actual product may not be exactly identical to the natural stones shown in the product images. ● Due to variations in selected product sizes and the natural differences in stone sizes, the final arrangement of the product will be at the discretion of the designer based on the length, and will not be separately notified. If you have specific requests, please feel free to contact us. ● If you are unsure about the size selection or wish to customize other dimensions, please feel free to contact the designer.
