White and Green Bouquet

1. Bouquet Details: 1) Bouquet dimensions (including packaging) are approximately: 25cm wide * 30cm long (manual measurement, slight variations may occur). Longer stems are intentionally left for you to trim and arrange in your own vases at home. If this is a gift, please leave a note in the remarks section: "Gift Bouquet," and we will trim the stems to a gift-ready length. 2) Includes a complimentary gift bag and one packet of flower food. All bouquets are shipped with simple packaging. 3) The water-retaining element at the base of the stems uses a Japanese brand of preservative jelly. This minimizes water leakage during shipping and helps extend the freshness of the flowers. After receiving the bouquet, please rinse off the jelly with clean water before placing it in a vase. 2. Shipping Methods: A. Black Cat Cold Chain Delivery: 1) Estimated Delivery Time: Please specify your preferred delivery time in the remarks section (recommended delivery days for cold chain: Tuesday-Friday). We will ship the bouquet the day before your requested delivery date (e.g., if you need it by Thursday, it will be shipped on Wednesday). Delivery is typically next-day. 2) Please avoid scheduling delivery during or the day before national holidays, as high delivery volumes often lead to delays. B. Self-Pickup Available in Taichung City, Beitun District. 3. Important Notes: 1) The floral materials used in each bouquet are carefully selected by our florists based on availability at the flower market. The photos are for reference only; the actual bouquet may not be identical. If a particular flower is unavailable, our florists will substitute it while maintaining the original style. The color palette will primarily be white and green. Customization of flower types or colors is not possible for this arrangement. Please refrain from ordering if this is a concern. 2) The stems of the bouquet will be wrapped with a water bag to maintain freshness. This bouquet is available for self-pickup within Taichung City via cold chain delivery. Please contact the designer for pickup location details. 3) Our studio closure days are Sundays, Mondays, and national holidays.
