Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly, retaining the unique textures and markings from the cow's life, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, veins, etc. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches may occur during processing, shipping, and crafting; these are considered normal unless the leather surface is damaged. In respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) avoid these marks entirely, except for large imperfections. Please consider this carefully if you are sensitive to such details. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather batches, storage duration, and different parts of the same hide can result in color differences due to varying absorption rates. No returns or exchanges.) This item is made to order as a "customized product." Please specify your customization requests, such as "embossed text and font," at the time of order. If no specifications are provided at checkout, the "embossed text" area will be left blank.
