3. Registration is complete only after a store associate from the experience location contacts you to confirm the reserved date and seat availability.
4. Please book at least 3 days in advance as materials need to be prepared after payment.
5. ART64 Design House provides unified invoice receipts. If a company-specific invoice with a Tax Identification Number is required, please provide the company name and Tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be provided if the event is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
