Gemstones are sourced from trusted industry suppliers, and silver is purchased from reputable merchants in collaboration with manufacturers. Jewelry plating utilizes both professional and industrial-grade plating techniques. If you have concerns about material sensitivities, please consult the designer before placing your order. Most items in our design studio are made to order. The Pinkoi desktop version displays estimated shipping times. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1-3 days. For made-to-order items, please allow for production time. If you require your jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before placing your order to check availability or to inquire about expedited production. Items processed by the factory require a longer lead time. Factory-processed items include: wax-carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving. Items priced at $2000 or above will be presented in a jewelry box (boxes for items under $2000 are available for separate purchase). 2. Sterling silver items that are not plated will include a silver polishing cloth. 3. For environmental reasons, multiple items will be packaged with minimal waste (items with boxes will still include them). Please inform the designer if you require separate packaging.
