Revisions & Adjustments: One complimentary revision is included for minor adjustments to outlines or corrections due to production errors. Modifications to the content mid-process will incur fees for materials and labor, assessed on a case-by-case basis. 2. Subjective Differences: After placing an order, we cannot offer partial refunds or returns based on personal aesthetic preferences such as "different from imagination" or "proportion issues." Please refer to the existing styles in our shop. Handmade items may not achieve perfect symmetry or 100% realism. 3. After-Sales & Order Abandonment: This is a custom-made product and is not eligible for the 7-day cooling-off period. Failure to collect an abandoned order will be treated as malicious abandonment, and relevant civil liabilities will be pursued. 4. Work Sharing: Photos of the finished product may be publicly shared on our platforms (personal information will be concealed). Please inform us in advance if you do not wish for your work to be shared; otherwise, it will be considered consent. 5. Returns: Custom-made products fall under the category of "Exceptional Goods*," exempt from the 7-day cooling-off period stipulated by consumer protection laws. Returns and exchanges are not possible. 6. Color Discrepancy: Minor color differences between the product photos and the actual item viewed in person are normal and do not qualify for refunds or returns. 7. Unboxing Video: Please record the entire unboxing process upon receipt to protect your rights and ours. Any issues must be reported within 1 day of receipt; requests made after this period will not be processed. 8. Photo Material: All photos are printed on photo paper using an inkjet printer. 9. Paper Material: Craft paper. 10. Size Variation: Due to manual production and measurement, a 0-2 cm error is considered normal. 11. Receipt: Please inform us in advance if a receipt is required. Our shop does not use unified invoices. If a replacement receipt is needed later, it can only be sent via registered mail.
