Grain patterns and insect bite marks are natural occurrences. The surface has been treated with a finishing agent; if soiled, gently wipe with a wet wipe. ★ Do not use cleaning agents or volatile products containing alcohol. ★ All products are purely handmade. Avoid exposure to fire, water, sharp objects, or forceful pulling. ★ Warranty Period: Two years. ★ Warranty Coverage: New product defects, bracelet or necklace clasp detachment, leather hardware detachment. ★ Upon receiving the product, please inspect it immediately for accuracy. If the product is incorrect or has new defects from shipping, please contact us within 7 days of arrival. We will assist you with returns, exchanges, or repairs (custom products). Please ship the original item back with the original packaging within 5 days of contact, or it will be considered forfeiture of return/exchange rights. Please maintain the product's integrity; items must be 'brand new and unused.' Packaging must be fully intact, including the purchased item, outer box, accessories, inner and outer packaging, product card or shipping slip, accompanying documents, and gifts. Returns will not be accepted if any parts are missing or if the product is damaged or incomplete. ★ Within the warranty period, bracelets or necklaces that break or detach will be repaired free of charge. ★ If the product is cracked, damaged, or partially lost due to external impact or improper human use, we will assess the situation for repairability and charge a reasonable material fee. ★ Except for new product defects, where the buyer covers the return shipping cost, we will cover the shipping cost for repairs sent back to you. For all other repairs, the buyer will bear the round-trip postage. ★ Before sending back items for repair, please contact us to obtain a repair number; otherwise, it will not be processed. ★ All returned items must be placed in a sealed zipper bag and packaged with protective materials such as bubble wrap before shipping. We are not responsible for any further damage that may occur during transit. ★ Repair time is approximately 1-4 weeks, depending on the condition of the item and whether it needs to be sent back to the factory. If materials are out of stock or discontinued, especially for natural stones where similar or identical replacements may not be available, we may not be able to perform the repair without an alternative solution.
