**▎Classroom space**
・There is no elevator in this building; shoes are required to be taken off in the classroom.
・There is a water dispenser on site, please bring your own water container; please do not eat or drink in the classroom.
・There is a powder room in the venue for changing clothes; there is no shower facility.

**▎Class Instructions**
・Suitable for: the general public, no yoga foundation is acceptable.
・Entry is open 10 minutes before the experience time. Please get dressed. In order to maintain the quality of teaching, access to the classroom will no longer be available 15 minutes after the start of the experience.
・The classroom provides yoga mats and yoga blocks, and students do not need to bring any aids.
・Please wear appropriate clothing for class, and bring your own towel and water container.
・Please bring a pair of indoor sneakers with clean soles for the aerobic experience.
・Video recording and photography are not allowed during the whole experience.
・Age limit for experience: 12 years old and above.
・The classroom is open for more than 4 people, and the class is full of 12 people. After receiving the order notification, the course specialist will contact you whether the class will start. If you have not received the contact from the specialist, please ask.
**▎Ticket Purchase Instructions**
**・After the ticket is successfully purchased, you will receive an electronic ticket notification and will not send a physical ticket. On the day of the event, please present your e-ticket at the check-in counter to enter the venue.**
・The registration is successful only after the payment is completed. Those who do not pay will not be reserved.

**▎Leave and Refund**
・For yoga experience, you can apply for leave 24 hours before the class time. The number of classes you leave can be reserved for one month. If it is overdue, it will be deemed that the number of classes has been used. (Example: For a class at 13:00, please complete the letter and request for leave before 13:00 the day before)
・**There is no refund within seven days before the experience**; within 24 hours before the start of the class, it is not possible to ask for leave and change classes. It is recommended to transfer the class to relatives and friends.
・If you cancel the course seven days before the experience (excluding the day of class), you can get a full refund or keep the fee for one month. The fee retention period is one month from the original registration experience date, and no further notice will be given when the period expires.
・If the experience is canceled by the official due to force majeure, students can choose another experience or choose a refund.
**▎Change experience**
・If the experience is canceled because the number of people does not meet the class opening standard, or due to force majeure, you can choose another experience, and the use period is reserved for one week.
