If you have concerns about material allergies, please inquire with the designer before placing your order. "Production Time" Most items in our studio are made to order. The estimated shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop version. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1-3 days. For made-to-order items, please allow 2-6 weeks (excluding shipping time, public holidays, and natural disasters). If you require the jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before ordering to check for availability or to see if expedited production is possible. Items that undergo factory processing require additional time. Factory-processed items include: wax-carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving.
