Kinfolk Home

This "home" edition of Kinfolk focuses on introducing the homes of people from various professions. Each section begins with text on the left page and a portrait of the person on the right, revealing 34 diverse homes. Perhaps more than the images, I find myself drawn to the stories. The text is just the right amount; after learning about the owner's background, I can quietly immerse myself in their sense of belonging. Each time I revisit it, I gain renewed energy. The handrail in the third image immediately caught my eye – such elegantly shaped stairs. I then read that this is the owner's favorite spot, encompassing the shape of the steps, the curve of the handrail, and the natural light filtering through the skylight.
