* Measurements may vary slightly due to different measuring methods. An error margin of 0.5-1 cm is considered normal.
* Gold jewelry is made of Solid Gold (K SG).
* All products can be customized. If you wish to order different lengths or styles in 18K, 14K, 9K, or 925 sterling silver, please feel free to contact us for inquiries.
| Order & Shipping |
* All items are handmade. After order confirmation and payment, production and shipping will take 10-14 business days (excluding special custom orders). If you have an urgent need, please contact us to inquire about possibilities.
* In case of delays due to natural disasters, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors, we will notify you of the shipping delay. We appreciate your understanding.
* We partner with logistics providers and convenience store delivery services for shipping. The actual arrival time depends on the driver's delivery route and conditions. We are unable to specify exact delivery or arrival times.
* Invoices are issued manually for all items. If you require a unified invoice number (統編), please be sure to note it in your order comments.
| After-Sales Service |
* All HYGGE ADORN products come with after-sales service, including a one-year warranty and lifetime basic cleaning and maintenance services. Within the one-year warranty period, non-human induced damage under normal use will be repaired free of charge once. Customized items, gemstone loss, or damage due to clear human factors are not covered under warranty. Repairs will incur a fee based on the situation.
* Lost warranty cards cannot be reissued. Please keep them in a safe place.
* HYGGE ADORN reserves the right to refuse after-sales service for items without a warranty card or items not purchased from HYGGE ADORN.
* All return shipping costs for after-sales service are the responsibility of the consumer.
* For all after-sales services (ring size adjustment, chain length adjustment, cleaning and maintenance, breakage repair, gemstone reattachment), please include the product warranty card. Service history will be recorded on the warranty card. Please contact us to apply for after-sales service.

* All products undergo professional quality control inspection before shipping. If you receive a defective item, please keep the product intact and notify us within 3 days of receipt, providing photos of the defective area for assessment. The following are not considered defects:
# Color Difference: The color of product photos may vary due to different display devices and settings. Please refer to the actual color of the product received.
# Size: Measurements may vary due to different measuring methods. An error margin of 0.5-1 cm is considered normal.
# Solder Points: The items are handcrafted with precise craftsmanship. However, minor solder points may be present, such as at the junction of the earring post and the earring, or at necklace connections. Slight unevenness from solder points is normal.
# Gemstones: All items use natural gemstones. Therefore, each gemstone will have unique inclusions and textures. Natural black spots, black lines, feather fractures, and cotton-like inclusions within gemstones are normal.
# Pearls: All items use natural pearls, each a unique gemstone with its own natural luster. While we select pearls for consistency, they will not be identical.
| Returns Policy |
* All items (except custom orders) are eligible for a 7-day appreciation period, calculated from the day after the item is received until the 7th day. Please inspect the contents of your order immediately upon receipt. Returns cannot be accepted after the 7-day appreciation period. The 7-day appreciation period is not a trial period; please do not wear the jewelry extensively before returning it. The following situations are not eligible for returns:
# Exceeding the 7-day appreciation period.
# Items returned without the original packaging box and carton.
# Incomplete or damaged product accessories and invoices, such as paper invoices, warranty cards, envelopes, packaging boxes, paper bags, kraft paper boxes, and accessories like earring backs that were delivered with the product.
# Non-normal trial wear, where the product shows clear signs of extended wear and tear or soiling.
# Products that have been altered, such as with custom engraving or adjustments to size or chain length.
# Promotional gifts not returned.
# Damage caused by human factors when the product is returned.
# Engraved items are considered custom orders and are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period.
* As per court rulings, custom-made products requested by the consumer are not covered by the 7-day appreciation period and therefore cannot be returned.
* Return shipping costs will be borne by HYGGE ADORN. However, if the original order amount falls below the free shipping threshold after the return, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. If the order amount meets or exceeds the free shipping threshold, no additional shipping fee will be charged.
* Each order is eligible for free return shipping once. If you need to return additional items within the 7-day appreciation period, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. To avoid disputes, please ensure you have thoroughly inspected the items before proceeding with a return.
* If a return causes the order to no longer qualify for promotional discounts, the discount amount will be deducted from your refund.
* If you have made more than 3 returns without specific reason within a year, HYGGE ADORN may blacklist you for six months.
