Red Oolong

[Shuo Wen Jie Tea] is a tea type developed for the Taitung Tea Industry Improvement Field according to the local environment. The degree of fermentation is the highest among oolongs, and it is the most distinctive oolong tea in Taiwan. The hot water washes down the nostrils and gives off an elegant floral and fruity aroma. The tea soup is bright orange red with luster, and the oolong tastes mellow and smooth in the mouth. Its foam resistance is also the best candidate for cold brewing tea.

Shanlinxi Qingxin Oolong

[Shuowen Jiecha] Qingxin Oolong belongs to the small-leaved late-growing tea tree, with dense branches and leaves, slightly thick mesophyll, soft and elastic texture, excellent tea quality, rich aroma and sweet tea soup. However, the leaves of the tea tree are small, the tree vigor is weak, and it is prone to dead branch disease, so the yield is less and it takes more effort to take care of it.

After more than 40 years of cultivation in the tea improvement field, it has successfully ranked the twelfth new variety, and it is specially named Taicha No. 12. The first taste of this tea has an elegant floral fragrance, and the latter part presents the unique milky fragrance of Jinxuan, which is sweet and refreshing.
