Mille-crêpe cakes cannot be shipped together with fresh cream cakes. ❇️ We use Black Cat Express for delivery. Delivery days are Tuesdays through Saturdays; no deliveries on Sundays. ✴️ Delivery typically takes 1-2 days after shipping, usually arriving the next day. ✴️ You can select a delivery time slot (before 13:00 / 13:00-18:00). If no time is specified, it will be delivered without a designated time slot. ✴️ During peak seasons like Mother's Day or Father's Day, specific delivery time slots cannot be guaranteed, nor can next-day delivery. ✴️ As this product is a perishable, custom-made item, there is no seven-day hesitation period (seven-day hesitation period: unconditional returns within seven days of receipt). Upon receiving your frozen-delivered cake, if you do not plan to consume it immediately, please store it in the freezer. Shelf life: 7 days from the date of production. 2. Before serving, place the cake in the refrigerator to thaw (approximately 4-5 hours). The cake should be slightly frozen, with an ice cream-like texture. Avoid thawing for more than 7 hours, as fruits or cream may release moisture, affecting the texture. 3. For any leftover cake, slice it and store it in the freezer. Thaw in the refrigerator before consuming (thawing time for a single slice is shorter than for a whole cake; the exact time will vary depending on the size of the slice). 4.
