During the high-temperature firing process, brown spots or burn marks may appear, some of which may only become visible after washing. These are not signs of rust and do not affect safety or usability. - This product is manufactured using safe methods, employing safe edible oils as lubricant during stamping. No acid washing is performed. As there are no electroplating or coatings, minor scratches, pinholes, or sand holes may be present on the surface. These are normal phenomena inherent to the safe manufacturing process and are not defects. - The logo is created by high-temperature laser energy, causing a natural color change on the pure titanium surface. It is not a coating or print, ensuring a safe and long-lasting aesthetic. **Additional Notes:** - Marks from high-temperature firing often fade or disappear with regular use. - Pinholes and minor scratches are normal occurrences that are difficult to completely avoid during the manufacturing process. - Watermarks or spots remaining after washing are characteristic of titanium metal and are normal. **Cleaning and Properties:** 1. For the first wash, use a mild neutral detergent several times. You can also wipe the bowl with a paper towel dipped in edible oil to easily remove any residual gray titanium powder from the manufacturing process. Afterward, wash with a neutral detergent. Due to the use of edible oil during stamping and the absence of acid washing, residual gray titanium powder is unavoidable. This is part of our non-toxic, safe pure titanium manufacturing process, and the bowl is safe to scrub. 2. For burnt-on food or stubborn stains, gently scrub with the firmer side of a sponge or a soft steel brush. 3. If the colored surface of the titanium is brushed off, revealing the original color, rest assured that it is not a coating. Pure titanium is safe, non-toxic, and free from harmful heavy metals, making it safe for scrubbing. 4. Do not soak the product in cleaners such as stain removers, hydrogen peroxide-based reducing acids, or sodium percarbonate. These can alter and permanently damage the color and luster of the titanium. **Properties:** 1. Pure titanium is sensitive to temperature and resists stress release. This can cause color changes (e.g., food stains or large purple-blue patches) when first steaming or washing containers like bento boxes, food containers, or pots. Brown patches may also appear after washing, even without heating (these are not rust; pure titanium does not rust). These are inherent metal characteristics or changes resulting from our pre-firing process. They do not affect safety and will gradually fade or disappear with normal use over time. 2. Square-shaped utensils, due to more difficult stress release, may exhibit more intense color changes and are more prone to brown patches. 3. Pots, cutting boards, and small baking trays may develop purple-blue coloration when exposed to direct flame on gas stoves or ovens above 250°C. This color change is permanent but does not affect safe usage. 4. Large flat surfaces are more susceptible to warping when exposed to direct gas flame. 5. Titanium tends to retain watermarks, which is a characteristic of the metal. If this is a concern, dry the utensil immediately after washing to prevent water spots from affecting its appearance. **Appliance Compatibility:** **Single-layer titanium tableware can be heated; double-layer is not suitable for heating.** Dishwasher - Compatible: If residual oil (like olive oil) is not completely washed off, it may appear as blue-purple powder after drying. This is dried oil and will disappear after thorough cleaning. Washing Machine - Compatible: Some detergents contain sodium percarbonate, which may leave water stains after washing, but this does not affect safety. Gas Stove - Direct flame compatible: Avoid dry burning; use low to medium heat. Electric Steamer, Air Fryer, Black Crystal Stove, Induction Cooktop - Compatible. Oven - Compatible: If high temperatures cause color changes, this is a physical property of titanium metal and it remains safe for use. **Microwave Oven - Not compatible: Inefficient.** **Electromagnetic Stove - Not compatible: It is nearly non-magnetic.**
