❺Precautions after delivery/receipt
• Xiaorouyuan Trail attaches great importance to the quality of its products. The inner packaging is filled with white paper threads and bubble cloth for safety protection to prevent damage caused by strong impact during transportation. We have made efforts to reduce the risk of damage.
• During the transportation of the assembled plant pots, it is inevitable that the road conditions will be bumpy and shaking, causing some small stones to fall out. Please understand. If the pots are severely damaged or the plants are damaged after receiving them, please take a photo and contact us immediately so that we can deal with it as soon as possible.
• For the interests of both parties,please record the entire process when receiving and unpacking the goods. If you find any abnormalities in the potted plants, please take photos for safekeeping. Please contact us immediately. We will need the video and photos to confirm and handle the subsequent situation.
